Thank you for shopping with us. We strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. Please review our refund policy below:

Returns & Refunds
We accept returns on regularly stocked items (Excluding BIKES) within 7 days of purchase with a valid receipt. Items must be in their original condition and packaging, unused and unassembled. 

Special Order Items
All special order items are final sale. These items are custom-ordered specifically for you and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances.

Non-Returnable Items
In addition to special order items, the following are also non-returnable:

• Clearance or sale items

• Assembled or installed items

• Items without original packaging or documentation

• ALL bicycles

Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow 7 - 10 business days for the refund to be processed once the return is received and inspected.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
